May 15, 1998, from the Ministry of Interior, in the framework of a
non-governmental organization providing specialist training of short-term
courses for four to six months and of one-year period [in subjects] such as:
accounting, marketing, management and leadership, administrative affairs and
secretarial skills as well as foreign languages.<o:p></o:p></span></div>

(Associate Degree) for a two-year period through Prakas No. 738 MoEYS.P., dated
October 1, 2001, from the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, on
specialist skills training [in subjects] such as: accounting, marketing and
business administration.<o:p></o:p></span></div>

(Associate Degree) in English language for two years through Prakas No. 02
MoEYS.P., dated January 3, 2003, from the Ministry of Education, Youth and

through Subdecree No. 01 S.P., dated January 9, 2003, on the training of three
faculties: the Faculty of Business Administration and tourism, the Faculty of
Arts, Humanities and Languages, and the Faculty of Social Sciences and
Economics.<o:p></o:p></span></div>

<span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;">In 2004<o:p></o:p></span></div>

<span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;">It was registered as a member of the Cambodian Higher
Education Association.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;">In 2005<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;">It was transformed into a university, entitled the “Human
Resources University” [which has remained] to date through Subdecree No. 41
S.P., dated February 21, 2005, of the Royal Government of Cambodia, by adding
the training on two more faculties, the Faculty of Law and Political Science
and the Faculty of Sciences and Technology, as well as providing training up to
Master’s Degree level.<o:p></o:p></span></div>

<span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;">It received a provisional accreditation certificate from
the Accreditation Committee of Cambodia (ACC) in the academic year 2005–2006.
Please note that this was the first pilot process of quality evaluation of the
Accreditation Committee of Cambodia on higher education establishments in
Cambodia. Therefore, any higher education establishment providing quality
training also obtained a provisional accreditation certificate from the
Accreditation Committee of Cambodia.<o:p></o:p></span></div>

<span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;">In 2007<o:p></o:p></span></div>

Accreditation Committee of Cambodia in the academic years to date.<o:p></o:p></span></div>

Prakas No. 51 MoEYS.P., dated January 15, 2008, from the Ministry of Education,

Art’ (AALA). The AALA was founded in 1994 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. It was set
up by entrepreneurs from the United States, who believed that education would
enrich people’s understanding and ability to help develop the country.<br />

AALA was renamed ‘ELT’ in 1997. ELT stands for a variety of things: English
Language Teaching, English Language Training or as in its slogan, ‘Enriching
Life for Tomorrow’. It can also stand for ‘Excellent Learning Torch’ which
means ELT is a center for students to enlighten themselves as well as to
enhance their knowledge and moral conduct. Since its inception, ELT has been
dedicated to the advancement of learning and to the sharing of knowledge
through education to people in Phnom Penh. Through much persistence and effort,
ELT is now one of the leading educational and professional institutions in
Cambodia. ELT is rated a leader in its field: it delivers quality and
excellence in education and turns out some of the highest caliber individuals
into the job market.<br />

Students learn both English and business skills that follow American standards.
These are two things are essential in order to advance quickly up the career
ladder in any organization. Lower levels of English are taught by Khmer
teachers, who conduct lessons mainly in English but are able to translate words
when needed. Upper levels are usually taught by native speakers from countries
such as America, England, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia. Business courses
are taught by leading professionals in their retrospective fields.<o:p></o:p></span></div>

mission to improve the educational field by offering the important life skills
to the students proficiently such as analyzing, thinking, reading, writing,
speaking, and being self-confidence in their study through the 5 main programs:<br />
1. General Education- starts from grade 1 to 12.<br />
2. ESL (English as a Second Language) - starts from Pre-school to level 12.<br />
3. Faculty of Foreign Language.<br />
4. Computer Training Course.<br />
5. International Preparation Courses- consists of TOEFL, Password and ICDL.<br />
All subjects have been taught by teachers and lecturers who graduated and had
enough experience in teaching. All the facilities are modern and imported from
USA. It is equipped with air conditioners and close-circuit cameras in all the
classrooms for monitoring students' learning and teacher's teaching. One room
is limited only 30 to 40 students.<br />
The management is well structured from top level to low level. All of campuses
in BELTEI International Institute implement only one standard ‘‘BELTEI
Standard'' on new term,   monthly test, mid-term /semester exam and
final exam. We are proud that all our campuses are equipped with powerful
generators 150KVA, and all the buildings belong to BELTEI, Which provided the
opportunities to student with regular learning without disturbance.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
